Driving Lesson Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure a professional, fair, and efficient learning experience for all pupils.
1. Lesson Bookings
All lessons must be booked in advance at a mutually agreed time. Once confirmed, the time slot is reserved exclusively for the pupil.
2. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. This allows the instructor to allocate the time to another pupil.
3. Late Cancellations & Missed Lessons
Any lesson cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
4. Punctuality
Pupils must be ready at the agreed pick-up time. If a lesson starts late due to the pupil, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
5. Instructor Cancellations
If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice as possible will be given and an alternative future slot will be provided.
6. Consistency of Lessons
Regular lessons are essential for steady progress. Repeated changes to scheduled times may result in limited availability for future bookings.
7. Payment
Payment terms (whether in advance or on the day) will be agreed prior to lessons. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of future bookings.
8. Conduct & Safety
Pupils must follow all instructions given by the instructor to ensure safety. The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
